How to Register for TheIRES Conferences/Meetings?
Check Your Category mentioned below and proceed.
Category-1 (Paper Presenter, Author, Co-author)
You can register by following these 10 easy steps as below.
Step-1: Check the Conference details from the official conference page. (Check the Aim and
topic of the conference must match your requirement)
Step-2: Submit the paper through online Submission process or if any
difficulties send an email to
info@theires.org
(must mention the date, place of the conference, and your contact details)
Step-3: Wait for further notification from TheIRES in your email.
Step-4: If your paper gets selected after the review process, TheIRES will send you the
ACCEPTANCE LETTER (within 2 to 10 working days).
(Do not make the payment and register before getting the Acceptance
letter)
Step-5: Check the TheIRES Paper ID from the Acceptance letter.
Step-6: Proceed with the Payment of the Conference Registration Fees before the
last date of Registration
(No registration will be valid after the last date of Registration and no fees
will be refunded)
Step-7: Send the scanned copy of the Registration form and Copyright form to
info@theires.org with
valid ID Proof and your Organizational-ID proof.
Step-8: After making payment, send the Payment proof to
info@theires.org and wait for the payment Confirmation
message from the Coordinator.
(If you do not receive the Payment Confirmation mail within 2 working days,
please contact the Coordinator)
Step-9: IMPORTANT: Wait for the Final Event Schedule Mail and
Attending pass for the Conference/Meeting from our Coordinator
before planning your travel.
Do not book your tickets and plan your journey without taking the Final Event
Schedule Mail and
Attending pass.
Step-10: Plan your travel for the presentation and enjoy your journey.
Category-2 (Listener without paper presentation and
publication)
You can register by following these 9 easy steps as below.
Step-1: Check the Conference details from the official conference page. (Check the Aim and
topic of the conference)
Step-2: Submit your brief profile which includes the following information:
1. Your Current Designation,
2. Research interest
3. Purpose to attend the Conference/Meeting.
4. Past Experiences (academic and research)
Step-3: Submit all the above information to
info@theires.org with a photo
before
the Last date of Submission
Step-4: Wait for the Acceptance letter from the Coordinator with
IRES Listener Reg. ID
(Your Registration is invalid without the IRES Listener
Reg. ID and no fees will be refunded)
Step-5: Proceed with the Payment of the Conference Registration Fees before the
last date of Registration
(No registration will be valid after the last date of Registration and no fees
will be refunded)
Step-6: Send the scanned copy of the Listener Registration form to
info@theires.org with
valid ID Proof and your Organization ID proof.
Step-7: After making payment, send the Payment proof to
info@theires.org and wait for the payment Confirmation
message from the Coordinator.
(If you do not receive the Payment Confirmation
mail within 2 working days, please contact the Coordinator)
Step-8: IMPORTANT: Wait for the
Final Event Schedule Mail and Attending pass
for the Conference/Meeting from our Coordinator before planning your travel.

Schedule Mail and
Attending pass.
Step-9: Plan your travel for the presentation and enjoy your journey.
ONE Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered authors:
· 1- Welcome reception
· 2- ID card for presentation
· 3- Conference Folder or Bag
· 4- Participation in the technical program
· 5- Printed Presentation Certificate
· 6- Proceedings having all papers presented having ISBN
· 7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
· 8- Lunch on the presentation day
Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in
the proceedings and be included in the Presentation.
If an author has more than one accepted paper, there will be a discount on additional paper registration.
