Presentation Guidelines

INSTRUCTIONS for ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the authors or co-authors. Oral presentations can be made using your laptop or the available PC (Windows + PowerPoint). Please bring your presentation on a laptop or pen drive. A volunteer will assist in starting each presentation.

INSTRUCTIONS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.). You must bring your own printed poster. Set up your poster before the opening ceremony and remove it after the session. One author must be present for discussion. Posters will be displayed in the conference room.

How to be a Live Video Presenter?

Submit your Abstract/Full Paper for double-blind peer review. After acceptance and confirmation, a test run will be conducted before the conference. Guidelines for connecting and presenting will be provided. After the conference, you will receive a certificate and proceedings. Documents will be sent to your address.

Requirements

  • Laptop with headset / Desktop with webcam and microphone
  • Updated Chrome browser
  • Disable antivirus temporarily if it blocks webcam access
  • Quiet, well-lit environment with professional background
